3. Artist memberships and approvals

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All artist applications, profiles, and uploaded materials may be reviewed by our team before becoming publicly visible on the platform.

Rocketman Art reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or remove artist accounts where necessary to maintain platform quality, curatorial standards, or policy compliance.

4. Artwork listings and artist content

Artists are responsible for ensuring that all artworks, images, biographies, portfolio materials, and other content uploaded to Rocketman Art are accurate, lawful, and owned or properly licensed by them.

By submitting content to the platform, artists confirm that they have the necessary rights to display, promote, and share that work through Rocketman Art.

Artists must not upload content that:

• Infringes copyright or third-party rights
• Is misleading, offensive, unlawful, or fraudulent
• Falsely represents ownership, availability, or authorship of a work

Rocketman Art may remove or restrict content that violates these standards.

5. Purchases, leasing, and booking services

Rocketman Art may offer artwork purchases, art leasing, artist booking services, and curated project collaborations.

Availability, pricing, timelines, and project scope may vary depending on the artwork, artist, service type, or client request.

6. Payments, billing, and subscription plans

7. Intellectual property
